The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the Collector to pass order in accordance with law on the recommendation of the Circle Officer, D.C.L.R., Sub-Divisional Officer, Siwan and the Additional Collector for settlement of the land of Khata No.305, Survey No.2202, Area 7 Dhurs situated in villageTarwa Parsia, P.S.- Darauli, District- Siwan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the application of the petitioner, who is an Ex-Serviceman of Indian Air Force made application for settlement of the aforesaid land. The authority also recommended for settlement of the aforesaid land to the petitioner but the recommendation is still awaiting the approval of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10094 of 1995 dt.13-03-2018 2/2 Collector.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector/District Magistrate, Siwan to pass order in accordance with law on the recommendation of the authorities with regard to settlement of the land in favour of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
