Mr. Sanjeev Kumar For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Rajeev Nayan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

16-01-2019 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail. Earlier, by order dated 04-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27016 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, considering the seriousness of accusation against the petitioner as well as the fact that he was accused in number of cases. In the case, allegation was that a demand of Rs. 35 Lacs ransom was made from a doctor and bomb was exploded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that other accused persons have already been granted bail.

However, since on merit as well as considering the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80767 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for bail was rejected, there is no reason to review my earlier order. The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
