In this case, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to protect the life of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.677 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 and her family members as there is danger to their life at the hands of respondent nos.9 to 12 because they are accused in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.779 of 2023 and respondent no.9 used to threat the petitioner and her family members for withdrawing the aforesaid case.

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for the reliefs prayed for in this writ petition. If such a representation is filed, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will examine the same and if he finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he may proceed in accordance with law.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
