Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, 3, 4 of Explosive Substance Act and 30(a), 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the impugned order goes to show that name of petitioner came in the statement of co-accused Ganesh Singh and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of one case, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
