Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Sections 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, this Court, by taking into account that it is the petitioner and petitioner alone who has been named in the First Information Report and who, along with three unknown persons, is said to have not only assaulted on the informant by causing fire arm injury but, also there seems to be a motive for such occurrence, is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is also having some sort of criminal antecedent for a similar offence of the Arms Act. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Bimlendu Ranjan is rejected but, then, nothing
