This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 644 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case, total 27 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 5.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
