JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly pointed out that the present writ petition was in fact earlier instituted as CWJC No. 15501 of 2021, which has already stood allowed by a judgment dated 05.01.2022, however, it appears that on account of the present writ petition having been filed during the COVID-19 pandemic period, the office had instituted/registered two similar writ petitions upon the same having been filed by the online mode, thus the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.
