JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in light of the order dated 13.07.2017 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of J.M. Institute of Speech & Hearing, Manria Chajjan, Turki from where the petitioners are pursuing the courses in question, i.e. in C.W.J.C. No. 5825 of 2017 and other analogous cases.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
