2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have killed the sister of the informant by poisoning her.

4. The petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the brother-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Learned counsel further submits that the sister of the informant died her natural death and all the family members have participated in the rituals of the deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 30.10.2024.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1/C, Banka/concerned Court in connection with Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022.
