2. No one represent the Bihar Agricultural University though name is appearing in the cause list.
3. The present petition has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to adjust the advance of Rs. 1,01,565/- by submitted vouchers by the petitioner before Advance Adjustment camp and to refund
Patna High Court CWJC No.16862 of 2015(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/3 Rs. 1,05,000/-, which has been deducted from the salary of the petitioner and for grant of all consequential benefits including interest on deducted amount.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that an advance loan was taken for Krishi Vigyan Kendra but instead of adjusting the advance, an amount of Rs. 1,01,565/- was deducted from his salary.
5. It is his submission that he made representation before the Vice Chancellor as also the Comptroller which are part of record as Annexure 6 and 7 but they have failed to take a decision in the matter.
6. The case is of the year 2015 and there is no counter affidavit on behalf of the Bihar Agricultural University despite the fact that copies were served upon its counsel on 07.10.2015.

In the aforesaid circumstance, instead of putting the file again pending for years, it would be appropriate that the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Registrar of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur (respondent no. 2) to consider the fresh representation preferred by the petitioner within four weeks from today and pass a reasoned order within next eight weeks.
8. If the petitioner is entitled to the amount for which
Patna High Court CWJC No.16862 of 2015(2) dt.04-01-2024 3/3 he is agitating since last eight years, he shall be cleared the amount within a period of next eight weeks.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
