2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Majhagrah P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013/GR No. 3886 of 2013, for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 323, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 24.07.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27495 of 2015, but despite orders dated 09.03.2016 and 31.03.2016 he failed to appear personally before this Court and consequently the provisional bail granted to the petitioner stood vacated in terms of order dated 04.05.2016.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a subsequent development, the parties have compromised their disputes.
