ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018 in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.262 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was arrested in Nawada P.S. Case No.792 of 2018 and thereafter remanded in connection with the present case only on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that till date he has not been placed on T.I. Parade and there was no recovery from his possession.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
