The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darihar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the SDO in the Electrical Supply Section at Dalmia Nagar and had recommended the electric connection of coaccused Shankar Singh. In view of the fact that there was some litigation between the informant and co-accused, Shankar Singh for running the rice mill, the present petitioner alongwith one Electrical Engineer has falsely been implicated. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36371 of 2016 (3) dt.28-10-2016 19.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36948 of 2016. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S.
