Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that the candidature of the petitioner has rightly been rejected as the land offered by him did not meet the requirements of the advertisement. It is further submitted that after fresh draw the distributorship has since been awarded to one Madan Rai and the outlet has already been commissioned.
