It has been submitted that petitioner No.6, Arvind Mahto, has been arrested during the pendency of this application but due to inadvertence in the order dated 18.07.2017, it has been mentioned that petitioner No.1, Arjun Mahto, has been arrested. In view of such, order dated 18.07.2017 is modified to the extent that this application is dismissed as having become infructuous in respect of petitioner No.6, Arvind Mahto, instead of petitioner No.1- Arjun Mahto.

Consequently, Petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 are granted privilege of anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32873 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 2/2 incorporated in the order dated 18.07.2017 in place of petitioner Nos. 2 to 6.

Let this order be communicated to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.150 of 2017.
