1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 504 and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.283 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a women and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant.

4. It is further submitted that petitioner is own sisterin-law (Bhabhi) of the informant and on account of dispute relating property there was an altercation in between the brothers and it is alleged that Abhinandan fired causing injury to the informant and Nirmal is alleged to have assaulted the

It is next submitted that since petitioner is wife of Nirmal as such she also has been implicated with general and omnibus allegation with a view to coerce Abhinandan and Nirmal into submission. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions and the fact that petitioner is a women, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.283 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
