JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 159 of 2011 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that husband and father-in-law of the victim has been acquitted by the court below. However, cause of death of the victim by hanging.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 159 of 2011, subject to condition that trial court shall verify that husband and father-in-law of the victim has been acquitted in this case. Further condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed
