Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under sections 420, 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that allegation against this petitioner is sexual exploitation. Learned counsel submits that lady has chequered history and she has exploited her ex-husband.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is working in Axis Bank.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.1402 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be employee of Axis Bank.
