JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-10-2015 Since the examination of the D.Ed. has already been held and the only reason which came in the way of the petitioner was being under age by 11 days, that impediment too has now been removed since the State Government itself has reduced the minimum age of intake to 17 years on 1st of January instead of 18 years.
In view of the same, if the result of the petitioner has not been declared so far by the B.S.E.B., let it be done within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. Writ is disposed of.
