No-one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 436, 427 504 and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R., specific allegations have been made against those accused who have committed the overt act. So far as present petitioner is concerned, being the wife of one of the accused has falsely been implicated in the present case and there is no allegation of committing assault against this petitioner.

No.31795 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner namely Golki Devi, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner shall immediately join investigation and shall report to the Investigating Officer within a week and thereafter as and when required to conclude the investigation at the earliest.
