2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 24.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27411 of 2014.

3. It appears that after investigation, the police has submitted charge sheet against the other accused persons and shown non-involvement of the petitioner though cognizance has been taken against her as well.

4. Considering the entirety of the facts and circumstances as well as charge sheet showing non-involvement of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37847 of 2015 (3) dt.27-07-2016 in the alleged offence, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 (G.R. No. 1349 of 2013) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
