This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shahpur Patory P.S. Case No. 418 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 273, 307, 328, 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 33, 36/34 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is a case of triple murder and the petitioner has been found involved in the crime. Further, the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24724 of 2022(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
