This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Basnahi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 18 of the POCSO Act. As per prosecution, petitioner is involved in the kidnapping of the minor girl. The court below has rejected the bail application and given the petitioner liberty to move the court below for bail after examination of the victim and the informant.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed. The
