The petitioner has filed the present writ petition assailing the validity and correctness of notice issued by the respondent DCLR, Sadar, Gaya in Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Case No. 530 of 2013-14 filed by the respondent no.4, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that subsequently the aforesaid proceeding has been dropped.
The learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3 also submits that the aforesaid proceeding has been dropped.
In view of the aforesaid unanimous submissions, the present writ petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
