The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2270 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready to keep his wife. It is further submitted that the learned Sessions Judge sent the matter for Mediation Centre for conciliation. The petitioner appeared for conciliation but the complainant did not turn up. No.79193 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the complainant did not turn up for conciliation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No.2270 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
