====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2025 Heard Mr. Suraj Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Pradeep Narain Kumar, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 735 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) and 69 of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., on the pretext of marriage, co-accused Dipak Kumar who is the son of the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant and refused to marry and also usurped Rs. 5 lacs from the father of the informant.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Court on 04.09.2025.

6. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.

7. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of six months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

8. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 04.09.2025 before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall automatically lose its force.

9. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
