Mr. (Ag) ============================================================ CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-10-2018 Present petition is placed on Board by the Registry on the note that the original papers are not traceable. Matter is very old. None of the advocates/parties have approached this Court for hearing. Therefore, it appears that either the main proceedings are disposed of or the parties have no interest.

Under the circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of with the liberty that, in case the original writ applicant is of the opinion that the matter is alive and the advocate for the petitioner is having the papers, he can move an appropriate application by way of writ petition with the xerox copy of the entire petition so that the main petition can be reconstructed. With this, the present petition stands disposed of. (Mukesh R. Shah, CJ) ( Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) K.C.Jha/Uma/- U
