The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction upon the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Head Clerk at Civil Surgeon Office, Gaya on the basis of his seniority.

(ii) For a direction upon the respondent to consider the representation dated 18.04.2015 as contained in Annexure-4 whereby the petitioner has requested for consideration of his case for promotion on the basis of his seniority."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16201 of 2015(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
