2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner no. 1 on the post of chaukidaar on compassionate basis in place of his father who voluntarily retired and/or to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioners and for a further direction for taking necessary action against the Respondent No. 5 for the illegalities committed by him in securing appointment."

3. Petitioners have not furnished crucial material information like date of application for voluntary retirement and date of application for compassionate appointment and other events.
