The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to examine and find out the actual entitlement in term of record of land over the pieces of land bearing Khata No. 127, 146, 141, 131, 143 Khesara No. 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986 which are situated at Village and Post - Tarwan, P.S. - Siwan Muffasil, District and Town - Siwan where over Private Respondent No. 6 hereof has made illegal encroachment with the help and connivance of State Respondent Authorities hereof.

3. Jamabandi is in favour of the Respondent No. 6.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has challenged Jamabandi in appellate Court.
