Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This application is for modification of order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34681 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 02.03.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1501 of 2021, whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No.87 of 2020. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time.

For substantial justice, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds subject to condition that each of the petitioners shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
