JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that the family of the petitioner is in penury and therefore he is incapable to fulfil condition no.(i) in terms of order dated 7.9.2018, whereby this Court has granted regular grated bail to the petitioner in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No. 126 of 2018, pending in the court of the Additional District Judge VII cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad.

Considering the aforesaid submission, condition no. (i) of order dated 7.9.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 54884 of 2018 is hereby relaxed to the extent that the bail bonds would be submitted by local bailors.

Order dated 7.9.2018 stands modified.
