The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 466/468/471/420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got secret information that accused Rajiv Kumar who was tenant of Ravishankar Kumar was operating one organized gang for cheating the customers of e-shop of Flipkart etc. Thereafter, the informant along with police personnel raided the said room and apprehended four persons including this petitioner who tried to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22024 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 run away. The house of Ravishankar Kumar was searched and from the room and possession of Rajiv Kumar some ATM Cards and other articles as mentioned in the written report have been recovered.

As such, mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report..

Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Soh Sarai P.S.
