JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sabour Goradih P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 12.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 32.50 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District and Sessions
