Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act. As per the allegation, the petitioner has illegally consumed electricity of Rs.9521/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay that amount.
Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Simri P.S. case no.32 of 2016, the abovenamed petitioner, Angadh Thakur shall be released on bail on furnishing

No.31202 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2 / 2 bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Buxar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that at the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner would be required to deposit Rs.9521/-, as per the undertaking given by him through his counsel.
