JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) An order/direction to the respondents to forward the select list of P.M. Awan Yoga beneficiaries of Gram Panchayat Raj Chak Salempur to the Gram Sabha for Approval and only then take further process on the basis of priority as per seriatim for allotment as per the guidelines of the Govt.

(ii) An order for enquiry in this matter as the Gramin Awas Sahayak has uploaded the select list in an illegal manner without

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
