Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioners are running a non-banking organization and are engaged in doing Health Insurance as well as sanctioning loan on curative terms and thus cheating public in general. Police recovered several incriminating documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not owner of the Company. Allegation shows that the Company is being run by the petitioners.

No.30330 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the nature of the allegation and involvement of the petitioners, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Kamini Singh @ Kamini Devi, Roushan Kumar and Sushil Singh @ Sushil Kumar is rejected in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.145 of 2017 pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Darbhanga, District- Darbhanga.
