2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against petitioners is of commission of assault with lathi on the head of informant and his mother.
4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the informant and his mother simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
