2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that on 27.11.2023 at about 01:30 P.M., all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, abused and threatened to assault the informant and three revenue employees. It is further alleged that they have also made illegal vehicle parking on a government land.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and accusation against the petitioners that they have abused and threatened to assault revenue employees,s the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
