ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 10.07.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur has allowed maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month to the O.P. No. 2 and Rs. 3,000/- per month to the children in Maintenance Case No. 164 of 2012.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is a labourer and is unable to pay huge amount and therefore the aforesaid amount be reduced.

Considering that it is merely for maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an application in the Court below within six weeks from the date of this order giving details of his financial income upon which the Court below shall pass final

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40016 of 2014 dt.29-10-2015 2/2 order after hearing both the parties within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
