The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a complaint petition, on the basis of which, the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant alleged that Manoj Kumar Jha approached him and persuaded him to deposit money in Reliable Gems and Jewelry Limited Company. It is alleged that when the informant visited the office of Reliable Gems and Jewelry Limited Company, the petitioner was also found present there. It is submitted that the petitioner did not persuade the informant to be an agent of the Company. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50884 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in Madhubani Town P.S.
