The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 44 of 2011, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. Later on Police submitted charge sheet under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The written report has been lodged by Chowkidar alleging therein that he got information that one dead body of lady is lying in the field. The dead body has been identified as Bindu Devi, daughter of late Meva Ray who was married with Sanjay Ray about 4-5 years back. The informant has raised suspicion that she has been murdered by brother of husband and mother-in-law of the deceased.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21830 of 2019(3) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother of husband of the deceased. He is in custody since 16.12.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Khaira P.S.
