No. 4386 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that C.W.J.C. No. 4386 of 2020 has been disposed of in the light of earlier decision of this Court in the case of Md. Yunus & Ors.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.88 of 2020 dt.05-08-2024 2/2 vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2017 (2) PLJR 292. It is submitted that the aforementioned decision has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 21.07.2017 in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. Diary No.(s). 15687 of 2017 order dated 27.09.2016 in CRLWJ No. 563 of 2013, 08.03.2017 in CRLWJ No. 563 of 2013 passed by this Court and is pending consideration.

3. In view of the pendency of the aforementioned cases, the present Civil Review No. 88 of 2020 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application to revive this order, in the event of Md. Yunus vs. The State of Bihar petition is disposed and if it is assisting Review petitioner.
