Patna High Court CWJC No.9033 of 2013 dt.08-09-2016 under the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Complaint Disposal Rules, 2015 but it is admitted at the bar by Mr. Ratnakar Jha that the order passed by the appellate authority has since been complied with.

In view of the submissions so made by Mr. Ratnakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
