JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 307, 323, 447, 504, 506/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner and another co-accused entered inside the house of the informant in the midnight and shot fire at the informant's husband repeatedly causing injury in his neck, back and abdomen. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this occurrence is said to be of midnight so the petitioner entered inside the house and opened fire appears improbable; whereas learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that there is specific allegation against this petitioner of shooting at

Having considered the nature of offence and specific allegation against the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Vinay Kumar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.79 of 2017/G.R. No.1077 of 2017 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 5th, Buxar is rejected.
