The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 394/328 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Babuni Mandal, who has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order at Annexure-2.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018. Investigation of the

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No.125 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
