The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No.232 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that dead body of a lady was lying at the bank of Kanchan river near Sokhad Ghat. The informant with the help of villagers took out the dead body, but nobody could identify the dead body. It has been felt that some unknown persons in conspiracy have murdered the deceased.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim (since deceased) was in love affair with some boy and she has committed suicide. He further submits that there is no

The learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that Supervisor Authority has found the case true under Section 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.232 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
