2. Since both these cases arise out of the same P.S. Case, they are being taken up together and disposed of by this common order.

3. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and later on, Section 103(2) of the B.N.S. was added.
4. As per first information report, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, assaulted prosecution party by means of knife and farsa as a result of which they sustained injuries and one Vishram Singh succumbed to the injuries during course of treatment.
5. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. There are general and omnibus allegations and there is no specific accusation of overt act against these petitioners. Petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 23414 of 2025 claims clean antecedents.
6. On the other hand, learned A.P.Ps. for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons, assaulted informant and others as a result of which they sustained injuries and one Vishram Singh succumbed to the injuries.

7. Considering the materials available on record and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners is rejected.
