Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471,413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially co-accused-Rafique Mian was apprehended by the police and from his possession, a Bolero vehicle was recovered. On disclosure of Rafique Mian, another four wheeler was recovered from co-accused-Manoj Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21639 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaunaha Police Station Case No.67 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
