The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no recovery from her house, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24690 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner will visit Kathaiya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
